Transformer in alley between 31st and 32nd Avenues is arcing apparently due to a vine that has grown into it. Intermittent sparking and buzzing sound with corresponding smoke. Posing a hazard. I would attempt to pull vine down, but not particularly interested in getting BBQ'd today.

Ramp from Clinton Ave to North Memorial Parkway floods when it rains. Water gets very deep. Perhaps needs additional drainage there to keep the water off the roadways. It’s hazardous to the drivers that must access the parkway there

This has been an ongoing issue for over 50 years and has been reported several times. Whenever there is heavy rain and water is up in yards and on streets, I cannot flush my toilets in my home at 4330 Booker Street, Beaumont, Texas 77705. Toilets will overflow and I cannot flush them until the water recedes. I was told that my sewage line is tied with too many other lines. I am requesting that something be done immediately, as I am tired of not being able to flush my toilets. Sometimes, it is at least 24 hours before my toilets can be flushed. This is not a plumbing issue, as I have sought the help of a licensed plumber and was informed that too many lines are tied together. Also, I have reported this issue to the Water Department several times, which should be on record.

On the corner of 114th & Shepard St (Papillion) the stop sign has been down for over 45 days..need fixed. On the same corner the street light is out which makes it even more dangerous....please have fixed.
